how safe are your detergents?

The age old technique of pressure washing using straight 100% chlorine (bleach) is thankfully long gone. This is a highly irresponsible use of an effective cleaning chemical. Make the right decision and prevent damage to your home, plants and pets.

Meticulous PM use a safe solution of highly effective detergents; A surfactant to penetrate, break down and lift dirt deep in the pores, combined with a sterilising booster and detergent so that we can use a stable and low dilution rate of less than 2% that will not cause damage or harm. Your house, plants and pets are safe and sound. 

Mould re growth is prevented by killing their spores deep within. Stains are lifted whilst retaining original colours in the stone and paint.

Pressure Cleaning or 
soft washing?

Pressure cleaning is best for hard surfaces like concrete and paving. If you need your house washed, then we offer soft washing to ensure your paint, wood and weatherboard isn't damaged.

Only years of experience will prevent damage and get the best results, bringing your driveway, paving and house back to new.

Why externally clean your house?

Moss, lichens and algae are both damaging and unsightly on your home. If left alone, they will cause surfaces to become more porous, allowing water to be retained which exacerbates the problem. Eventually surfaces will degrade and you'll be up for a hefty repair bill.  

External cleaning of your home will maintain it's original appearance, add value and surfaces will last multiple times longer.
